Shane is an experienced learning and development partner with a specialised focus around recruitment and sales. He has a background training both contract and permanent consultants across a range of markets (including tech, logistics and healthcare) in various locations (Europe, UK, USA).

Shane has previously worked as a recruitment consultant for a number of years, working in heavily candidate short markets and creating and selling value add propositions beyond contingent recruitment for multiple clients.
